**Position**: Mechanical Engineer (Shop Supervisor)

**Location**: - **BHOSARI,PUNE.**

**EDUCATION**: - **BE MECHANICAL**

**Experience: - 2 TO 3 YEARS**

**Salary**: - **2.20 LPA TO 2.80 LPA.**

**JOB DESCRIPTION:

- **

**Strong mechanical, Fabrication, machine shop and welding knowledge.**

**Understand Drawing and Supervise skill in fabrication shop, control manpower, Shop**

**Keeping.**

**Monitor / inspect the quality of workmanship.**

**Coordinates field work with project managers and customer/plant representatives.**

**Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, auto cad.**

**Preparation of Final & Stage inspection, Bought out Parts & Raw material inspection.**

**Prepare inspection Reports and Handle TPI Inspection.** Conduct weekly diary meetings with the MD to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations, and other

**Requests.**

Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements in connection with others and ensure

**Arrangements in place for the MD match his requirements.**

Filter general information, queries, phone calls, and invitations to the MD by redirecting or taking

**Forward such contact as appropriate.**

Ensure the MD is fully briefed on, or prepared for, any engagements he is involved in. Keep and

**Maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the MD.**

Prepare correspondence on behalf of the MD, including the drafting of general replies.

Minute general meetings as required and complete research on behalf of the MD.

Keep and retrieve files.

Ensure guests meeting with the MD are well taken care of.

Provide a service that is in line with the MD’s work habits and preferences.

Arrange a meeting with customers.

Handling of spare component orders, including inquiries, payments, clearing of shipments, and

**Delivery.**

**Principals and then forwarding the enquiry to the technical team for technical discussions.**

Miscellaneous - Assisting Principals and Customers with Visa Applications, Invitation Letters, and so

**On.**

Arranging meeting with Customers. Meeting the customer to discuss about their requirement for

**Spares.**

Handling of spare part order from inquiry stage till payment and consignment.Clearance and delivery.

Preparing offer status report.

Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.

Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

After the show - following up with the leads, settling payment dues of organizers,

**And vendors.**
