**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers that align with our brand values, target audience, and campaign objectives.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships with influencers, including contract negotiation, content brief creation, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as marketing, content, and creative) to ensure seamless execution of influencer campaigns.Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to inform strategy and optimise campaign performance.
- Analyse campaign results and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices, regulations, and emerging trends in influencer marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
- Extensive network of influencers across various social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms (e.g., influencer discovery tools, influencer marketing platforms, analytics tools).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in [food, clothing, jewellery niche].
- Experience managing influencer marketing budgets and forecasting ROI.
- Familiarity with content creation and/or digital marketing strategies.
- Passion for staying ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
