**Position Overview**:
A Front Office Executive in the hotel industry is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and managing the front desk operations. This role is the first point of contact for guests, and it requires a professional and courteous demeanor, effective communication, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Guest Relations**:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, creating a positive and welcoming first impression.
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures, including verifying reservations, processing payments, and issuing room keys.
**2. Reservations and Bookings**:
- Manage guest reservations, ensuring accuracy and availability of rooms.
- Handle room assignments, upgrades, and special requests.
- Take messages accurately and route calls to the appropriate departments.
**4. Registration and Documentation**:
- Collect guest information, including personal details and payment details, and input it into the hotel's reservation system.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and guest privacy policies.
**5. Guest Services**:
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to assist guests in making the most of their stay.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns, finding appropriate solutions and ensuring guest satisfaction.
**6. Cash Handling and Billing**:
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and receipts.
**7. Lobby Appearance**:
- Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing for guests.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to address any cleanliness issues.
**8. Multitasking**:
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phones, checking guests in, and responding to guest inquiries.
**9. Communication**:
- Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to coordinate guest services and resolve issues.
**10. Front Desk Equipment and Supplies**:
- Maintain a functional and organized front desk area, including office supplies, brochures, and information materials.
**11. Check-Out Process**:
- Review guest accounts, resolve any discrepancies, and process check-out procedures efficiently.
**12. Security Awareness**:
- Monitor the lobby for any suspicious activities and follow established security protocols.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to handle guest interactions professionally.
- Organizational skills to manage guest arrivals, departures, and reservations effectively.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle guest concerns diplomatically.
- Professional appearance and conduct, with a high degree of integrity and ethics.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
