Role Description
This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern at Talant Cubicle. The intern will be responsible for supporting HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and assisting with personnel management. This is an on-site position located in Kolkata.
**Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of employee benefits administration
- Personnel management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Human Resources or related field
Salary - 8000 to 10000
Location
- Dumdum (Near metro)
Work time - 11:00 am to 6:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
