Hod Marathi

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the Marathi department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning outcomes.
- Develop and implement the Marathi curriculum in accordance with educational standards and school objectives.
- Teach Marathi language and literature, fostering an engaging and interactive learning environment.
- Supervise and mentor Marathi teachers, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
- Promote language proficiency and cultural appreciation among students.
- Design and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and performance.
- Organize departmental activities, literary events, and competitions to encourage student participation.
- Monitor student progress and provide necessary interventions to improve academic outcomes.
- Collaborate with parents, students, and staff to create a supportive learning environment.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and relevant educational regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate degree in Marathi along with a B.Ed. in Marathi.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Marathi.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Head of Department (HOD) role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional strategies.
- Passion for language teaching and student development.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
