Requirement : Job description - Sales and Admission Counsellor

Location : Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training, Kothrud, Pune.

Key Responsibilities
- You shall be responsible for calling on the database, generate walk-in & convert them into admission
- You shall be responsible for achieving weekly/monthly admission targets
- You shall be responsible for adhering to the admission process & documentation, batch formation, giving career seminars at education institutes, schools, colleges etc.
- Ensuring proper handling of all queries of students & parents by effective counselling
- You shall make productive house calls
- You shall be responsible for delivering impactful sales presentation in nearby areas of respective location
- Preparing daily sales reports

Skills Required
- Graduate/MBA with 3 to 6 years of Hard Core Sales Experience
- Excellent communication and selling skills
- Should have Fire & Hunger for Sales and should be a consistent High performer
- Male & Female both preferred
- Its individual contributor role, not a team handling profile.

Salary
- Fix Pay 18,000/- to 28,000/- plus Variable / Incentive
