Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve agency revenue and growth targets. Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
- Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales agents to maximize performance and close rates. Set clear goals, provide coaching, and foster a positive team culture.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, and other stakeholders. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of the sales team. Use data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Market Research: Stay current with industry trends, local market conditions, and competitive activity. Advise senior leadership on market conditions and opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure cohesive strategies that align with company objectives.
- Budget & Forecasting: Assist with the preparation of sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics. Ensure the team stays within budget while achieving sales goals.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the real estate industry.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate sales processes, trends, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Real estate license (preferred but not required, depending on local regulations).

Preferred Skills:

- Experience managing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think strategically and drive results.
- Experience with Real Estate is a plus.
