**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a VMC Operator, CNC Operator, or similar role
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints
- Ability to operate and program VMC machines
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills
