Associate Paralegal

**Role Overview**:
You will be responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the business, including compliance, contracts, intellectual property, dispute resolution, and policy development. This role demands a proactive, solution-oriented professional with a strong understanding of corporate, civil & criminal law.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Contracts and Agreements**:

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and customers.
- Ensure legal accuracy and protect the company's interests.

**Compliance and Regulatory Affairs**:

- Ensure compliance with jewelry industry regulations, GST laws, and other applicable financial regulations.
- Maintain adherence to employment laws and labor standards.

**Intellectual Property Management**:

- Oversee the registration and protection of trademarks and designs.
- Monitor and address IP infringement issues.

**Dispute Resolution**:

- Manage consumer complaints and resolve disputes with vendors or partners.
- Represent the company in negotiations, mediations, or court proceedings if necessary.

**Policy Development**:

- Draft and implement customer-centric policies for saving schemes and business operations.
- Update company policies in alignment with legal developments.

**Risk Management**:

- Identify potential legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Advise management on legal implications of business decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree (LLM) is a plus.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in the jewelry, retail, or financial sectors.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of contract law, consumer protection laws, and IP regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple legal functions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
