Missions:

- Maitrise des objectifs du maintenance.
- Résoudre les problèmes lie au process d´assemblage (chaine, pick by light, )
- Garantir la réalisation des objectives de maintenance.
- Intervenir à temps pour résoudre les problèmes des machines d´assemblage (chaine, pick by light, )
- Remplir les Bons d´intervention et saisir les interventions sur Optimain.
- Application de modification hardware ou Software demandé après validation de son responsable hiérarchique.
- Application de maintenance préventive et corrective selon le standard.
- Avertir a temps son responsable Hiérarchique selon le standard d´escalation.
- Prévenir les arrêts et assurer la disponibilité des machines d´assemblage (chaine, pick by light, )
- Maitrise de process d´assemblage (chaine, pick by light, ) et trouver les solutions adéquates en coordination avec tous les services.
- Maintenir, classer et identifier tout document technique ou autre qui concerne le process d´assemblage (chaine, pick by light, )
- Préserver et maintenir en état les équipements de travail.
- Application de 5s de ses zones de travail.
- Respecter les règles et les standards de l´entreprise.

Profil:
**Connaissances spécifiques /Éducation**:

- Connaissance dans le domaine électrique ou électromécanique ou autre domaine technique.
- Diplôme Universitaire: Licence Bac+3 ou BTS.
- Une connaissance en domaine de maintenance des machines sera apprécié.

**Expérience professionnelle**:

- Une expérience en domaine de cablage sera apprécié.
- Connaissances des outils informatiques: Excel, Word, Access.

**Connaissances supplémentaires**:

- Connaissance en langue Française ou/et Anglaise sera apprécié.
- Connaitre la politique environnementale.
- Participation active à la réduction des couts environnementaux telle que, consommation d'énergie, eau, papier, cuivre
- Engagement envers la maitrise opérationnelle concernant le tri de déchet, la maitrise des aspects environnementaux et la réponse aux situations d'urgence.
