**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide round-the-clock medical care and supervision to ICU patients.
- Monitor patient conditions, interpret vital signs, and update medical charts regularly.
- Handle medical and surgical emergencies promptly and efficiently.
- Assist consultants and intensivists during procedures and rounds.
- Manage ventilators, infusions, and other ICU equipment.
- Ensure timely documentation and accurate patient records.
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff, consultants, and patient relatives.
- Participate in daily handovers and maintain continuity of care.
- Ensure adherence to infection control and hospital protocols.
- Support emergency codes (Code Blue, Code Red, etc.) as per hospital policy.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in ICU / Emergency / Critical Care.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.

Skills & Competencies
- Strong clinical judgment and emergency handling ability.
- Experience in ventilator management, intubation, and central line procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions under pressure.

Rotational Shifts (Morning / Evening / Night)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
