We seek an experienced **Admission Counsellor** to join our team and help prospective students navigate their academic journeys.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Guidance**: Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to assess student goals and recommend suitable programs.
- **Collaboration**: Work with academic departments and financial aid teams to address student needs.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate applicant records using CRM systems and generate enrollment reports.
- **Market Insight**: Stay updated on education trends and competitor programs to refine recruitment strategies.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to institutional policies and legal standards (e.g., FERPA).

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Communications, or related field.
- **2+ years** in admissions, academic counselling, or student services.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of admissions processes, financial aid, and enrollment trends.
