Job Title**:Content Writer/Strategist**

Job Summary:
The Content Writer/Strategist is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content that enhances the organization's brand presence, engages the target audience, and drives traffic and conversions. This role involves strategic planning, content creation, and analysis to ensure content aligns with business goals and audience needs.

Key Responsibilities:
**Content Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement content strategies that align with marketing and business goals.
- Conduct content audits and gap analyses to identify opportunities for new content.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their content needs and objectives.

**Content Creation**:

- Write high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, and more.
- Ensure all content is consistent with the brand voice, style, and tone.
- Produce diverse types of content such as articles, white papers, case studies, and infographics.
- **Content Management**:

- Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Manage content across various platforms and ensure it is updated and optimized.
- Use content management systems (CMS) to publish and manage content.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to create cohesive content.
- Liaise with external writers, designers, and other content creators as needed.
- Provide clear content briefs and guidelines to ensure consistency.

**Market Research and Trends**:

- Stay updated with industry trends, audience preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Incorporate emerging trends and best practices into the content strategy.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.

**Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in content writing and strategy, preferably in a digital marketing environment.

**Skills**:

- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Working Conditions:

- The Content Writer/Strategist typically works in an office setting depending on the organization’s policies.
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet deadlines.
