Inaithiram seeks an enthusiastic B2B Telesales Executive to bolster our B2B Ecommerce business vertical's sales efforts. Your role involves closing sales deals through phone interactions while fostering strong customer relationships. This requires exceptional interpersonal skills and clear communication. Telesales Executives will proficiently engage with our product catalog, relay its details to clients, highlight promotions, close sales, and nurture ongoing client connections.
**Responsibilities**:
- Engage with prospective B2B clients via phone to present our product catalog, highlighting features and benefits effectively.
- Build rapport and establish a positive customer experience during sales calls, emphasizing professionalism and attentiveness.
- Effectively communicate pricing, discounts, and promotional offers to potential clients, aiming to maximize sales opportunities.
- Close sales deals by addressing client inquiries, overcoming objections, and guiding them through the purchase process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, ensuring comprehensive client profiles and sales histories.
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads, ensuring timely communication and providing assistance where needed.
- Assist in identifying trends, customer preferences, and market insights through client interactions, contributing to business growth strategies.
- Proactively follow up with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing concerns, and exploring potential up-sell opportunities.
- Participate in regular training sessions and skill development activities to enhance telesales techniques, communication skills, and product expertise.
**Qualification/Requirements**:
**Educational Background**: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. Relevant educational backgrounds such as Commerce or Economics are also suitable.
**Language Proficiency**: Proficient and fluent in English, Hindi and Tamil (both written and spoken) are crucial for effective communication with clients across India. In Addition, if any other regional language is known its a added advantage.
**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for clear and persuasive interactions with clients.
**Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport, engage with clients, and establish lasting relationships.
**Sales Aptitude**: A natural flair for sales, with the ability to identify client needs, understand pain points, and present compelling solutions.
**Product Knowledge**: A quick learner with the capacity to grasp complex product details and effectively communicate them to clients.
**Customer-Centric Approach**: A customer-focused mindset, prioritizing customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive experience during sales interactions.
**Resilience**: Ability to handle objections, rejections, and challenges with a positive attitude and perseverance.
**Time Management**: Effective time management skills to handle a high volume of calls and manage follow-ups efficiently.
**Adaptability**: Willingness to adapt to changing sales strategies, product offerings, and customer preferences.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
