**Role and Responsibility**:

- **GEM Portal Operations includes -**:

- Actively search for new tenders through **Govt. portals/GeM Portals**/Tender Platforms for new business.
- To study the tender document and confirm the key points /clauses of tender and eligibility clauses etc.
- Submission of making bid proposals & required documentation within the deadlines.
- Make the response document for EOI/RFP-Tender document.
- End-to-end management of the bids, Proposals submission, and award submissions.
- Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation.
- Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
- Contribution to cost and price calculations.
- Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjusting them to the frameworks given by the customers.
- Track the IT/ Manpower/Governance sector in India, in terms of new projects, new technologies, etc.
- Evaluates and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase the departments sale.
- Responsible for Technical demonstration/presentation during the technical evaluation process.
- Attending meetings to get clarification on commercial and technical issues.
- Responsible for managing the process flow of bid documents and communication with stakeholders including Sales/Account teams, Legal, Finance, HR, Compliance, Technical Team, management, etc.
- Understanding and coordinating with clients’ needs/ enhancements/ customization.
- Responsible for maintaining good relationships with internal and external business partners.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
