**Job Title: French Teacher**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Curriculum Development**: Develop and implement a comprehensive French language curriculum in alignment with CBSE guidelines, ensuring that it meets the diverse needs of students at different levels.

2. **Classroom Instruction**: Plan and deliver effective French language lessons that promote active learning, enhance students' language skills, and encourage critical thinking. Utilize a variety of teaching methods, resources, and technology to engage students in the learning process.

3. **Assessment and Evaluation**: Regularly assess students' language proficiency through quizzes, exams, and other forms of evaluation. Provide constructive feedback to students and collaborate with parents to ensure their academic progress.

4. **Cultural Integration**: Integrate aspects of French culture, history, and traditions into the curriculum to provide students with a holistic understanding of the language and its context.

5. **Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and respected. Manage classroom behavior effectively and address any disciplinary issues promptly and professionally.

6. **Parental Communication**: Establish and maintain open lines of communication with parents, providing them with regular updates on their child's progress, strengths, and areas for improvement in the French language.

7. **Professional Development**: Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies, educational trends, and advancements in the field of French language instruction. Participate in workshops, training sessions, and conferences to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

8. **Collaboration**: Collaborate with fellow teachers, school staff, and administrators to create a cohesive learning environment and contribute to the overall development of the school community.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in French language, literature, education, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification from a recognized institution.
- Fluency in French with excellent proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
- Previous teaching experience in a CBSE affiliated school is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Passion for teaching, creativity, and innovative teaching methods.
- Ability to create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
