Title: UI Designer (2+ years of experience)

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the UX team and product managers to understand and design user interfaces that meet business and user needs
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design software such as Figma
- Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital platforms
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make design improvements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of professional experience in UI design
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI design work
- Strong understanding of design principles, user interface design best practices, and web design standards
- Proficient in design software such as Figma
- Design and maintain Design System
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Graphic Design, UI Design, or related field is a plus

**Salary**: ₹276,941.38 per year
