Job Title: Growth Hacking Intern

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the marketing team to develop and implement growth hacking strategies and tactics
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Optimize campaigns and landing pages to increase conversion rates and user engagement
- Use A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to drive improvements in key metrics
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends, track KPIs, and generate insights for the marketing team
- Assist in the creation of content and collateral for marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in growth hacking and digital marketing
- Cold calling to clients
- Organise activities for lead planning, lead procurement, and lead utilization across the different channels
- You will understand the business needs of the company to plan and execute scalable marketing activities

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree program in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
- Commercial awareness.
- The ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Self-motivation and the ability to be motivated by targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Should be able to prioritize tasks
- Imaginative and curious (about almost everything)
- Quick to grasp new concepts and learn new skills
- The ability to communicate the rationale for ideas
- Exceptional visualization skills and an eye for details
- Provide and accept constructive feedback
- Thirst for knowledge and a strong desire to grow
