**Responsibilities-;**- Literature survey for feasible process selection. Discuss with seniors.
- Discover and develop chemical manufacturing process novel, small molecules chemical entities from the early development pipeline and the existing product.
- Execute laboratory scale study focused on chemical manufacturing process and demonstrate process scalability using both internal and external resources.
- Excellent social and communication skills.
- Like to work and able to performed in the lab and able to performed chemical experiments in state of the art chemical laboratories including using automated lab.
- Ability to study of carefully analyse selected reaction in both a lab and plant environment.

Take small size of batches and maintained its related documents and observations.
- Co-ordinate with Q.C department for the analysis of compound.
- Perform basic analytical method i.e. TLC and melting point.
- Report all the activity in lab to senior person.
- Maintain Proper housekeeping and cleaning around the vicinity of R&D lab.
- Ensure that Discipline is maintained.
- Worked on many successful projects.
- Prepare the TTD and handover to production departments.
- Participate in validation of new product in production department.
- Provide to assistance to manufacturing to order to improve the quality and efficiency of the manufacturing process, assist manufacturing and the quality assurance in solving quality and production problems.
- Perform the analytical method development for critical control points during the development of a molecule.
- Good command on experiment with knowledge.
- Strong dedication and Determination.
- More learning and grasping power.
- More Listening, Reading and Understanding capacity.
