Employees has to make 60 connected calls to customers both inbound and outbound and conversion of sales should be maximum and at least 30% minimum conversion rate.
- experience should be 6 months to 1 year as counsellor
- Collect the due payment from students before resigning from CC campus.
- Training will be provided to you, so that you can learn our product details, our offerings to the customers and analyse the competitors who are in the same platform and study their offerings in the market.
- Understand that inbound calls(customers) are very much valuable, so be patient enough to handle their queries and communicate our offerings with our additional services related to the respective courses. The need and benefits of our courses.
- Answering phone calls and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers close maximum sales as per the target assigned to you.
- coordinate with your team members for clarifying your doubts regarding our offerings and customer doubts and after the conversion of a lead please check with the accountant and then coordinate with the technical support team for the creation and allocation of user id and password to the customer immediately. Try to add the customer to the respective groups as per their course.
- Analyse our competitors and their marketing methods so as to learn from them. Also bring out innovative ideas and coordinate with the marketing team and be a team player.
- As you are also in the role of a tele caller your language should professional and be polite while talking to the customers. our calls will be recorded quality will be analysed. Any misbehaviour/unprofessional attitude found then without any intimation the management has the right to terminate you from the offered position.
