**Responsibilities**:
1. Architectural Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership in developing innovative and sustainable architectural solutions aligned with the company's vision and goals.

2. Project Management: Oversee and manage architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.

3. Design Development: Lead the design and development process, creating comprehensive and visionary architectural plans that align with client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.

4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

5. Technical Expertise:Demonstrate a deep understanding of architectural principles, construction methodologies, and emerging trends, incorporating this knowledge into the development of state-of-the-art designs.

6. Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and goals, ensuring that the architectural solutions exceed expectations.

7. Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to guarantee the highest standards in architectural design and construction.

8. Code and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards, advocating for sustainable and environmentally friendly practices.

9. Technology Integration: Explore and integrate advanced technologies and methodologies into architectural designs, staying abreast of industry advancements.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.

3. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex architectural projects.

4. Proficient in industry-standard software for architectural design and documentation.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for detail.

7. In-depth knowledge of sustainable and green building practices.
