**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Bidding on platforms such as **Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru**.
- Drafting business proposals and handling follow-ups.
- Generating leads and ensuring successful conversions.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align client requirements with deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in **bidding / business development**.
- Strong **written and verbal communication** skills.
- Basic understanding of **web and app development**.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Confident, self-motivated, and eager to learn & grow.
- **Immediate joiners preferred.**
