**Salary**: Up to ₹70,000/month

**Role Overview**

As a **Video Course Presenter & Speaker**, you’ll be the voice and face of our **leadership development courses**. Your role involves presenting scripted content naturally, confidently, and professionally on-camera for a global audience.

This role is perfect for someone who:
Has exceptional **spoken English** with a **neutral/global accent** (no regional influences)
Is confident and comfortable in front of a camera
Has a polished, presentable, and engaging personality

**Key Responsibilities**

**Video Presentation & Delivery**:

- Present **pre-written leadership scripts** in a natural, confident, and engaging manner.
- Ensure clarity, correct pronunciation, and an international-quality presentation style.
- Maintain strong eye contact with the camera (using a **teleprompter**) to create a personal connection with the audience.

**Video Production & Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the video production team to ensure high-quality filming, sound, and visuals.
- Participate in rehearsals to master scripts and delivery.
- Follow direction from producers and leadership to align with brand tone and messaging.

**On-Camera Presence**:

- Represent **Leadership Accelerator Co.** in a professional, poised, and relatable manner.
- Maintain consistent energy, confidence, and a **neutral/global accent** throughout the shoot.

**Content Contribution**:

- Suggest improvements to script delivery and presentation style for better audience engagement.
- Contribute ideas for future video content and enhancements.

**Video Presentation Requirements - Critical for Shortlisting**

**Language**: Must have **exceptional English communication skills** - clear, fluent, and **Presentation Skills**: Must be highly presentable, groomed, and comfortable reading from a **teleprompter**
**Engagement**: Ability to deliver scripted content with natural expression and high audience engagement

**Professional Demeanor**: Must exhibit a polished, professional, and confident on-screen personality.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Gender**: Female (mandatory)
- **Age**: 24 years or older (mandatory)
- **Language Skills**: Exceptional English (neutral/global accent, excellent pronunciation)
- **Professional Background**: BPO/KPO experience preferred (strong communication and presentation exposure)
- **Video/Media Experience**: Previous experience in video content creation or media is a plus (but not mandatory)
- **Technical Comfort**: Ability to work with teleprompters, video equipment, and direction from production teams
