**Position**: Faculty for Masters in Medical Laboratory Technology (MMLT)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Teaching & Curriculum Development**:
- Deliver lectures, practical sessions, and tutorials in core and advanced topics related to medical laboratory technology.
- Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and instructional content to align with the latest industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
- **Student Mentorship**:
- Guide and mentor students in their academic and research pursuits.
- Assist students with their dissertations, project work, and clinical training requirements.
- **Research & Development**:
- Encourage and participate in scholarly research and publications in the field of medical laboratory sciences.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance student learning.
- **Collaboration & Administration**:
- Work collaboratively with other faculty members to improve teaching strategies and student outcomes.
- Contribute to administrative tasks such as student evaluations, report preparation, and accreditation processes.
- **Industry Integration**:
- Build connections with diagnostic labs, hospitals, and research institutions for internship placements and practical exposure.
- Stay updated on advancements in medical laboratory technology and integrate them into the curriculum.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Educational Requirements**:
- A Master's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MMLT) or an equivalent qualification.
- A Ph.D. in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Professional Experience**:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of teaching experience in a recognized institution.
- Hands-on experience in clinical laboratories or diagnostic centers is an added advantage.
- **Skills**:
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of medical laboratory sciences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students through innovative teaching methods.
- Proficiency in using educational tools and technology.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
