**Designation** : Counsellor ( Education )

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Should have atleast 1+ Years of experience as counsellor in education industr**y
- Must From a Education Counselling background.
- Shall be responsible for achieving the weekly/monthly admission target of the center.
- Shall be responsible for delivering impactful sales presentations in Colleges / Schools, other coaching and all educational institutions.
- Shall be responsible for admission process(documentation), batch formation, giving career seminars at education institutes, schools, colleges, etc.
- Facilitate data management, and managing/ preparing MIS.
- Analysis of Competitors & Analysis of Team
- Shall be responsible for Planning marketing activities, creating budget plan, implementation of time to time activities to get admissions.
- Ensuring Proper handling of all queries of students & parents by effective counselling.
- Career Counselling for prospective applicants and their parents, both over the phone and in-Person, during the admission process
- Entitled for Telephonic Counselling ,Video Counselling if required.
- Helping students to choose right course in right college
- Managing complete admission process
- Regular follow up with leads
- Converting students and enquiries to admissions
- Regular activities to convert negative leads into positive leads.
- Handling Online and tele campaigns i.e. SMS, Whatsapp campaigns etc.
- Communication with academic institutions schools & Colleges, other education organizations &consultants
- Supporting marketing team for conducting Seminars & workshops
- Shall be responsible to do monthly Students Activity

Job timing: Generally 9 hrs/day, 6 days a week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,504.99 - ₹25,000.00 per month
