**Job Description**:
**Inspecting the output samples to verify consistent quality and identifying deviations from the specifications.**
- Inspects and approves incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
- Inspects in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.
- Approves finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, returning products for re-work, and confirming re-work.
- Conducting measurements and tests on products and materials to ensure durability, safety, and functionality.

**Documenting inspection outcomes by completing reports and logs.**
- Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizes re-work and waste, and inputs data into quality database.
- Assisting in the formulation of inspection protocols and efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Review drawings, specifications, and other documentation to gather the information needed for inspection duties.
- Engaging with the production team to provide feedback and support necessary adjustments that align product output with quality standards.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, noting deviations or defects found to ensure traceability and quality control.
- Communicate identified defects promptly to supervisors and collaborate on corrective actions for timely resolution.

**Using Measuring Instruments**:

- Utilizing various measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and electronic inspection equipment to measure product dimensions.
- Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calibration requirements, and calling for repairs.
- Perform durability, functionality, and safety tests to validate product quality and performance using standardized methods

Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations.

**Skills Required**:

- Knowledge of reading engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of Measuring & Testing Equipments.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and database systems.
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
