Description

ABCO COMPUTERS PVT LTD is seeking a US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team.

You should possess excellent communication skills, be highly motivated, and have a passion for being a team player in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to determine staffing needs.

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens.

Manage full-cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.

Monitor and analyze team workflows, roles, and hiring goals.

Provide hiring metrics and reports as needed.

**Requirements**:
Any Bachelor's degree.

Strong negotiating and communication skills.

Active on social media, professional networking sites, and other recruiting platforms.

Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and with a team.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
