We have urgent requirement a HOSPITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE FOR OUR HOSPITAL

About the job:
- Drive the team of DRT team of Marketing executives to get desired referral cases from the doctors.
- Ensure conducting various activities like CAMP (paid/nonpaid) as per the customer requirement.
- Sustaining business from the existing customers referring patients and encouraging the team for new conversion of potential doctors.

**Job responsibility;-**
- Achieving sales target month on month of his/her team. Develop strategies and initiatives to help the team to achieve the target and train the team to sustain the learning and implement the communication (desired) to the customers.
- Coaching the team based on the development level of the task of the individual or team to ensure the team perform the best of its efforts
