**Job Descritpion of Monitoring Tools Admin**:
4 to 6 Years Relevant Experience
- Install, configure and maintain Appnomic, Grafana, Prometheus and Alert Manager Monitoring Systems.
- Platform monitoring Build and Design Providing support during build and run phases of project.
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain and grow our infrastructure monitoring platform environment, ensuring overall stability and performance.
- Support monitoring platform environment/tool update.
- General support, administration, and maintenance of our monitoring platform, dashboards, and reporting requirements.
- Creating and managing monitoring dashboard.
- Proactive monitoring of infrastructure via monitoring solution.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, Reports for identified tasks.
- Escalations and follow up with other technical teams.
- On time Escalation and Reporting of alerts as per Incident management process.
- Hardening and Vulnerability Mitigation of Windows & VMware.
- Asset / CMDB Management13 Python/Shell Scripting programming experience.
- Linux/Windows server technical support experience.
