Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Ability to understand and resolve different types of software issues concerning cctv, intercom and networking systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
**Experience**:
6 months or more.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical support to end-users including troubleshooting hardware, software and networking issues.
- Conduct site supervision and assessments to check for technical issues whenever required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical guidance and support to installation teams.
- Ensure all installations are completed on schedule.
