**Responsibilities**:

- To inspect property and negotiate lease agreements.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Should be able to write up reports regarding the state and condition of the property.
- Inspecting, appraising and assessing private and public property.
- Make sure properties meet legal requirements before being sold or rented out by new owners.
- visiting properties and inspecting them for legal issues, value increases or decreases, and for ways to negotiate.
- Assess comparable, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends.
- Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed.
- Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions.

**Requirements**:

- +3years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired.
- Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
