**Role: IAM Engineer / Architect**

**Location: Bangalore / Chennai (Onsite)**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide Okta L3 support, resolving complex technical issues related to identity and access management.
- Develop, configure, and optimize workflows within Okta to automate user provisioning and access management.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure IAM solutions align with organizational security policies and compliance requirements.
- Monitor IAM systems for performance, security, and availability, and take proactive measures to address potential issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation of IAM processes, configurations, and best practices.
- Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and support staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IAM Engineer or Senior Okta Administrator.
- Strong expertise in Okta, including L3 support, SSO implementation, and Workflow automation.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automating IAM tasks.
- Solid understanding of IAM principles, security protocols, and compliance standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

**Experience**:

- total work: 10 years (preferred)
- IAM: 7 years (preferred)
- OKTA: 7 years (preferred)
