We are seeking Telecalling Executives to join our team.

The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound called calls for leadgeneration and also for customer support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate sales leads and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of contacts and calls in a CRM system.
- Discuss products and services with customers to determine their needs and interests.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and orders.
- Provide customers with product and pricing information.
- Follow up with customers after a sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor industry trends and competition to stay informed and up-to-date.

**Requirements**:

- At least one year of international voice experience in telemarketing.
- Proven track record of success in generating sales leads.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Excel and CRM (Advantage)
- Knowledge of industry trends and regulations.

Job Details

**Salary**: 12000 to 18000

Qualification: Any Degree

Day shift (9 am to 6 pm)

Location: Kochi
