**About the Role**:
As Coordinator, PSS CoE Enablement you will be part of the People & Places (HR) team. You will help us create a culture of pride and belonging, sustaining and rejuvenating a great workplace where every employee feels valued, engaged and heard. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions as you assist in a wide range of HR activities to support the organization and its employees. This person will report to the People Shared Services (PSS) Enablement Lead and collaborate closely with the People & Places) team and other cross-functional teams.

**What You Will Do**:

- Handling employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, delivering prompt and precise information and support through a ticketing system (JIRA).
- Partnering with the Centers of Excellence (CoEs) within the People & Places function and the PSS CoE Lead to facilitate the transition of operational activities to the PSS team.
- Demonstrating expertise in HR knowledge areas such as drafting Salary Increase Letters and providing assistance with HR programs.
- Supporting team priorities and projects with clearly defined objectives and outcomes.

**What You Will Bring**:

- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience within an HR or adjacent team. HR Generalist experience is a plus.
- Mastery of associated tools and infrastructure, such as Workday and Jira (highly preferred)
- Highly organized and motivated individual who has demonstrated successes as a high impact member of an HR team.
- Extremely process and detail oriented with demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, but knows when to escalate for additional support with the ability to drive projects to completion with little supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within the organization.
