Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Responding to the comments on social media on time.
- Adapting content to suit different channels
- Develop, launch and manage new campaigns that promote the organisation and brand
- Undertake audience research
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
- Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using social media insights
- Recommend improvements to increase performance
- Analysing social media trends.
- Preparing social media engagement and activities reports.

**Job Specification**
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Fluent English writing skills
- Well-versed in using Canva or any editing platform of their choice
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Solid knowledge of keyword research and social media analytics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Ability to work for long periods of time as and when required.
- Ability to write catchy content.
- Excellent knowledge of research requirements for social media strategy.

**Qualifications**
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in social media marketing for brands.
- Proficiency in many social media platforms
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Must be willing to work from office (Thane Mumbai)

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 2 years (preferred)
