**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct Virtual Psychology Sessions (Beginner and Intermediate Level)
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques
- Mindfulness and stress management
- Emotional intelligence and self-awareness
- Relationship dynamics and communication
- Trauma and grief counseling

Provide Clear Instructions & Demonstrations
- Break down complex concepts into manageable steps
- Use visual aids and live demonstrations

Encourage Mental Wellness Literacy
- Foster an environment promoting mental health best practices
- Provide personalized feedback and suggestions
- Encourage participants to share experiences and ask questions

Foster Community & Engagement
- Build a supportive community within the class
- Encourage discussion and interaction among participants

**Requirements**:

- Advanced degree in Psychology or related field
