Qc Microbiologist

**Role**: QC Microbiologist
**Experience**: Min 1.5 years required
**Location**: Chhata, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh

Ø **Microbiological Quality Control**:Ensure adherence to established microbiological standards and specifications for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products, conduct timely and accurate microbiological testing of water, finished products, and environmental samples (swabs), Investigate and address any non-conformities or deviations related to microbiological quality.

Ø **Sensory Evaluation**:Conduct sensory evaluations of in-process and finished products to assess quality attributes like appearance, taste, texture, and aroma, Document and analyse sensory evaluation results to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Ø **Documentation and Record-Keeping**:Prepare and maintain accurate and complete documentation, including Certificates of Analysis (COAs), stock records, and laboratory records, Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards for documentation.

Ø **Export Compliance**:Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure that export documentation meets all necessary requirements and standards, Address any export-related quality issues or queries.

Ø **Raw Material and Packaging Inspection**:Inspect incoming raw materials and packaging materials to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards, Reject non-conforming materials and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

Ø **Quality Assurance Systems**:Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance systems and procedures, Participate in internal audits and quality reviews to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Ø **Shop-Floor Quality Control**:Conduct in-process quality checks on the shop floor to monitor product quality and identify potential issues, Provide timely feedback to production staff and initiate corrective actions as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
