As a Telemarketing Representative, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for reaching out to potential customers and promoting our services. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, schedule appointments, and contribute to the overall growth of our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using a provided script.
- Introduce and explain our [products/services] to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through effective communication and follow-up.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team with interested and qualified leads.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow a script while adapting to customer responses.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
