**About the team**:
Our Client Experience Transformation Office (CXTO) partners with the various functions within Client Experience to bring a best-in-class service to our clients. As part of the CXTO Reporting Team, you will help guide stakeholder decision making through data, and help identify areas of improvement across the various functions.

**What you will be doing**:

- Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement and stakeholder decision making
- Gathers stakeholders requirements for report and metric design
- Develops firm understanding of the unique needs of each Client Experience function
- Analyzes data for trends and identifies areas of improvement

**What you will bring**:

- Good Experience in Power BI.
- Hands on experience in SQL.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in Power Automate
- Good Experience in Microsoft Forms, Service Now.
