**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make **outbound calls** to potential or existing customers to explain products/services.
- Handle **inbound calls** and address customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain a **positive and friendly attitude** while speaking with customers.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a **customer database**.
- Convince and **convert inquiries into sales or appointments**.
- Handle customer **complaints and escalate issues** when necessary.
- Meet **daily/weekly calling targets** set by the management.
- Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the **sales or support team** to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Minimum **12th pass / Graduation** in any field.
- **Experience**: 0-3 years in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales (Freshers can apply).
- Excellent **verbal communication skills** in [Hindi, Odia and English].
- **Polite, confident, and persuasive** speaking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of **MS Office and CRM software** (preferred).
- Ability to **handle rejection and remain motivated**.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in **sales, customer support, or telemarketing**.
- Multilingual abilities.
- Prior experience in **BPO, call centers, or inside sales**.
