**Job Overview**:
Haus of Homez is seeking **a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsperson **to join our team on a freelance basis. We specialize in designing and manufacturing modular wooden panels for various types of furniture, including kitchens, wardrobes, and other home furnishings, providing end-to-end services. Our in-house production facility ensures quality control and timely delivery of our products. As a Draftsperson, you will play a crucial role in translating conceptual designs into accurate technical drawings and plans.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed and accurate 2D and 3D drawings based on design specifications and client requirements.
- Collaborate with the design team to understand project objectives and provide input on technical feasibility.
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to generate precise drawings and blueprints.
- Ensure drawings adhere to industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Review and revise drawings as needed to incorporate design changes or client feedback.
- Coordinate with project managers and other team members to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date project files and documentation.
- Conduct quality checks on completed drawings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in drafting techniques and software.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Draftsperson or similar role, preferably in the interior design or architecture industry.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD.
- Strong technical drawing skills with a keen eye for detail and precision.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently, while adhering to project timelines.
- A portfolio showcasing previous drafting work is highly desirable.
