**Job Summary**
We are looking for a female School Incharge / Branch Incharge who is enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated and aspires to work in a thriving and quality-conscious environment.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Developing Lesson Plans
Training Teachers
Content Proof Reading
Ensure implementation of curriculum
Draft Circulars and Newsletters
Organize events and induction programs for teachers
Conduct curriculum workshops.
Maintain the registers as prescribed
Conduct demo sessions for the selection of teachers.
Having regular communication with parents regarding student's performance
Maintain discipline and conduct regular assessments of students
Plan the annually, monthly and weekly planners.
Arranging training for staff, among others.
Changes in the planner according to the school's needs.
Advanced knowledge in implementing plans to respond to academic-related issues.
Good presentation skills.
Conduct orientation sessions for teachers
Class Observation and Staff Appraisals.
Supervising teacher quality assessment periodically.
Maintain a good relationship with parents and guardians of students.
Regular meetings with teachers to discuss the performance and provide feedback.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
Postgraduate with computer knowledge.
Minimum 5 years experience in school office administration.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:
