Bim Architect

Study, Understand and Prioritise Client’s Goals and requirements on every Project.
- Perform strict QA/QC of models and drawings.
- Understand and interpret needs and requirements for Model creation and timeline for delivery development and completion.
- Manage and assist in ID, Architecture & Structure model creation and design drawings.
- Support and execute the development of templates, standards, settings, and production of Project BIM models.
- Attend coordination meetings with Client Design Team.
- Production of enlarged detailed layouts, sections, and elevations of various mixed-use developments.
- Coordination with Architecture, Interior, Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC models.
- Navisworks Clash detection & coordination with various stakeholder models.
- Attend Project coordination calls from Clients abroad (MS Teams/WebEx/or via any other approved medium).
- Liaise with the Clients effectively.
- Ensure that the Projects are completed within the stipulated timeframe and Client expectations are met with higher satisfaction.
- Ensure that the BIM Model comply with Client standards and Project specific standards.
- Ensure that the BIM model complies with the Project’s BIM Execution Plan.
- Prepare Bill of Materials.
- Be up to date with the advancements in BIM software tools & Technologies.
- Assuring organizational Effectiveness and Quality, in totality.
- Market and Corporate Intelligence - work in tandem with various internal teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
