- **Sales and Upselling**: Meet and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers and suggesting upsell opportunities based on their needs.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and pricing to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
- **Merchandising**: Assist with stock replenishment, product displays, and maintaining the store’s visual merchandising standards.
- **Sales Transactions**: Process customer transactions at the cash register, ensuring accuracy and handling payments (cash, card, etc.).
- **Customer Service**: Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Stock Management**: Assist in managing inventory, including receiving deliveries, stock checks, and organizing stock storage.
- **Store Cleanliness**: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- **Promotions and Campaigns**: Promote store promotions, sales campaigns, and loyalty programs to increase customer engagement and sales.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work with team members to achieve common goals, contribute to a positive work environment, and assist in training new employees.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
