**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Position**: CNC ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN

**Location**: Bangalore

**Year of Exp**: 2+ years

**Industry**: Aerospace / Manufacturing

**Qualification**: Diploma/BE

**Role**:

- Repair CNC machinery, manual machines, and machining centres
- Commissioning of Fanuc and Siemens CNC controllers
- Install, dismantle, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tool equipment and controls.
- Troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics, and software, as well as electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Use machine tool manuals, technical documents, and internal and vendor resources to research machine issues.
- Identify and replace parts as necessary.
- Complete testing and make adjustments to parts as needed.
- Complete planned and preventative procedures
- Work based on a sense of urgency with machine-down conditions
- Rigging and relocation of machines

**Qualification**:

- Ability to read part manuals, electrical and mechanical schematics, assembly instructions, and troubleshooting guides
- demonstrated a high degree of industrial mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical aptitude and repair abilities.
- Knowledge of CNC machine design and operation
- Knowledge of and experience with electrical test equipment, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- good decision-making skills.
- Languages: English, Hindi, Kannada

**Salary**: Confidential

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,867.35 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
