**Sales and Client Engagement**
- Promote software solutions and drive sales through targeted strategies.
- Attend inbound calls and make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Explain software features and benefits in a clear, engaging manner.
- Provide live product demonstrations online to prospective clients.
- Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure effective software usage.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Prepare case studies based on client requirements, inputs and feedback

**Digital Marketing**
- Manage and optimize company website content to drive traffic and engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the software industry.
- Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, blog posts, and newsletters.

**Social Media Management**
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Regularly update and monitor company social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).
- Create compelling content (graphics, videos, and posts) to attract and engage the target audience.
- Respond promptly to social media inquiries and comments to build positive relationships with followers.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Awareness in sales, digital marketing, or a related field (experience in software sales is a plus).
- Good understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, social media, and SEO.
- Proficiency in managing and creating content for social media platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical software solutions to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
