**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a sharp, driven intern to lead a high-impact project at Typsy Beauty, focused on customer retention. You will directly engage with our past purchasers, understand how they’re using our products, gather feedback, and work with the team to re-engage them meaningfully.
**Your Key Responsibilities**:
- Speak to recent & lapsed customers to understand usage patterns and feedback
- Identify common reasons for drop-off or repeat purchase
- Coordinate with marketing & product teams to plug insights into communication and product updates
- Analyze results and drive measurable repeat purchase uplift
- You enjoy talking to people and can connect comfortably with customers
- You’re organized and can run a structured process while drawing insights from conversations
- You have an interest in consumer brands, beauty/fashion, or D2C commerce
- You’re data-curious — Excel, Google Sheets, or basic analytics don’t scare you
- Prior internship/startup experience is a plus, but not a must
