**Role Overview**
We are looking for an academically grounded and innovation-driven Research Faculty member to join
our pedagogy and learning design team at ALLEN Digital. In this strategic individual contributor role,
you will lead the development of research-backed educational content strategies that drive learner
outcomes and engagement. You will collaborate with SMEs, designers, and content creators to infuse
storytelling, pedagogy, and real-world relevance into digital learning experiences. This role is ideal for
experienced educators and curriculum designers with a deep understanding of learner psychology
and tech-enabled instruction, seeking to influence the future of education in a fast-paced, impact
- driven EdTech environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and lead research-backed, engaging educational content strategies.

- Integrate current trends in edtech, simulations, and learner engagement techniques.

- Review and optimize content through testing, learner feedback, and academic benchmarks.

**What we are looking for**:

- 3-9 years of experience in teaching, curriculum design, instructional design, or education

research.
- Subject expertise in Science, Math, English, or Social Science.
- Deep understanding of learner psychology, retention techniques, and tech-enhanced

pedagogy.
- Familiarity with storytelling, interactive content, and digital tools for education.
- Strong analytical and collaborative skills, with attention to both academic rigor and learner

engagement.
- Solid understanding of relevant AI tools and platforms, with the ability to use them for

improving productivity and creativity is essential.
