ACADEMIC COORDINATOR for Oxford Englsih School (CBSE) Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu.

It is necessary to have some teaching experience and coordination, as well as to possess the following qualifications.
- **Curriculum Planning and Implementation**

Develop and oversee the implementation of the CBSE curriculum, ensuring alignment with the guidelines provided by the board.
- **Monitoring Academic Progress**

Regularly assess student performance through tests, assignments, and evaluations to ensure academic goals are met.
- **Teacher Support and Development**

Organize training programs, workshops, and meetings for teachers to improve their skills and ensure they remain updated on teaching methodologies.
- **Examination Coordination**

Supervise the planning, scheduling, and administration of internal and board examinations, ensuring compliance with CBSE norms.
- **Quality Assurance**

Conduct regular classroom observations, review lesson plans, and ensure high standards of teaching and learning are maintained.
- **Parental Engagement**

Act as a liaison between parents and the school, addressing academic concerns, organizing parent-teacher meetings, and providing updates on student progress.
- **Student Guidance and Counseling**
- **Resource Management**

Manage academic resources, including textbooks, teaching aids, and laboratory equipment, ensuring their availability and proper use.
- **Policy Compliance**

Ensure the school complies with CBSE policies, circulars, and regulations and implement changes as required.
- **Innovation and Technology Integration**

Promote innovative teaching practices and encourage the integration of technology in classrooms to enhance learning experiences.
