Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our dynamic digital marketing team. As a Graphic Designer & Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating visually captivating graphics and engaging video content that supports our clients' marketing strategies and enhances their online presence. You will collaborate with our marketing team to develop visually appealing designs and compelling video content that aligns with client objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
Graphic Design:

- Develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, infographics, banners, social media assets, and other marketing collateral that align with client branding and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand client requirements and deliver design solutions that effectively communicate their messages.
- Use industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, to create high-quality graphic designs.
- Ensure design projects are delivered on time and meet the quality standards of the clients and the company.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve design quality.
- Provide input on design concepts and creative strategies to support marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for visual content.

Video Editing:

- Select and edit video footage, add visual effects, graphics, and animations to create engaging and visually appealing videos.
- Incorporate music, voiceovers, and sound effects to enhance the overall quality of the videos.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand client goals and requirements for video content.
- Ensure videos are delivered on time and meet the quality standards of the clients and the company.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve video production quality.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for video content that align with client marketing strategies.
- Provide input on video production and post-production processes to optimize workflow and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, multimedia, film production, or related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating visually appealing graphics for digital marketing purposes.
- Proven experience in video editing with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating engaging videos for digital marketing platforms.
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other industry-standard editing tools.
- Solid understanding of visual aesthetics, composition, and color theory.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, visual effects, and animation techniques.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the marketing team and clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and trends is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
